Hi there, I just downloaded your Police Helicopter In Air free footage. However I noticed on your licensing that it is only free for non-commercial use.
I actually intended to use a few seconds of this shot in my indie feature film SPACE NINJAS that is due for release in the first quarter of next year. It this time we have no confirmed distribution but we are hoping for perhaps a V.O.D platform or a cable network to pick it up.
Could we still use this footage in exchange to list your company Orange Free stock footage and your camera man that shot this on the post credits.
